yes. unless the other option is to visit reno, in which case no.

the other option IS to visit Reno, but if I did opt for Brazil I would likely travel back for a handful of weekends instead, thus maybe able to see plays and such but having a much more hectic time traveling

hmm... i guess brazil because that's a cool opportunity and i support world travel.

hmm I think that brazil would be great as a place to really visit and experience the culture. If you would be shuttling most of the time I think that it would rob you of just enjoying the visit. I think that you should spend high quality time at one place or the other
