Paul Francis is a former Hollywood make-up and effects guy. His gigs included HOME IMPROVEMENT and a dozen Stephen King movies, and he built Robin Williams' robot suit for Bicentennial Man. He still knows a lot of people in television. I'm sure if I had the moolah I could get the crew.
