I wasn't planning on having the bodies in all that close proximity to Earth. I'm thinking solar-stationary orbits using the same orbital belt as Earth; same velocity, just different points along the same circle. Kind of like a group of satellites in geo-stationary orbit. They'd have the same trajectory but are far enough from one another to perpetually keep the same distance from one another.
