I don't know. I downloaded a bunch of BT stuff and then the group I was going to play with dropped. I know it expands the core rules for classic though.

Apparently I also have a zip that says BT3rdEdition. That might be the core rules. I'll check tomorrow.

gmail won't let me send a file bigger than 25megs. So I'll upload them to megaupload or something when I'm not knee-deep in cleaning up messes.
