Can't Really Kick

Over the course of my time here at LiveJournal, I've posted 55 times related to the show ROBOTECH.  Yes, you'd think I'd have had an interest in the Kickstarter for Harmony Gold's ROBOTECH ACADEMY project--

The problem is that the concept of ROBOTECH is obsolete on a number of levels.  It does pain me to say that but

Maybe if like GUNDAM they had been able to reinvent themselves or maybe continued from the Shadow Chronicles, but yeah you can't do anything based on the original work anymore.

I still like the game though.
