I'll try to take care of myself. I have a few wonderful friends here that take care of me a bit and make sure I take care of myself, so that helps. :-)

Hun, there are a number of drugs that can kill you from withdrawl. Like cocaine. And depression runs in a number of familys. I know mine has a big suicide history. It's hard, but you just gotta find a way to roll with things. But never be afraid to be scared and never be ashamed to cry.

That's actually untrue. Trust me. I've been told this both by profesors as well as drug counsellors, and was one of the many things I needed to know to work with addicted youth. Alcohol is the only thing that will kill you from withdrawl/detox, which is what actually makes it worse than heroin.
