This Guardian looks nice !
I would suggest making the trail constant and disipating stream . Right now the segments look like they are travelling with the ship , instead of pushing it away , as they should .

Yeah I'll try and smooth it out a bit. It's surprisingly tricky to get something to fade away and still loop properly in flash for some reason aaa

Hey guys. I'm far too old and untrendy to open a livejournal account. Thus I can't make topics here. Woah, I haven't been following any Fangames or anything like that so I'm super confused. What is that? :O It looks more like Starfox to me than Starcon, personally. WAS IT A KNOCKOFF? IS IT A FANPROJECT?

StarCon was supposed to be the follow up to Star control 3, commissioned by Accolade(eurgh) in an attempt to make the series more action oriented (eurgh) and take it further away from its origins (EURGH), thus making the amount of royalties paid to TfB smaller (GAAH). It was developed for the PS1 by Starsphere Interactive and cancelled when about 70% complete. Since then there have only been a few elusive prototype discs floating around and some video shots. It's essentially a Star Control 4 which was never made. Judging from the footage so far, that may be quite a blessing ( ... )

OOOOOOOOOHHHH oh okay that makes sense, the mentions of the Crux and such were throwing me off there. Haha no wonder it doesn't look very good.

Interesting that it got canceled though, I never heard about it. :O Stories behind canceled games kind of fascinate me. But I guess I just assumed the whole series was over from Starcon3 onwards and didn't bother to look into anything else. |D
