Title: Fishbones in the Closet
Pairing: ZEX/Bukowski. Honestly. But it's not fluff, though certainly not angst. It's a rather bizarre angle on a pairing. In fact, it's a horrifying angle, to put it plainly.
Rating: PG-13 for alcohol use, sexual references, and unheroic behavior.

1) Fwiffo's characterization and interactions with Kilgore are excellent. They are become like an adorable peanut gallery, and in the process take me back to when my brother and I played through the game eons ago and we would talk like I was Zelnick and he was some other random aboard the ship. Kept Hyperspace interesting.

2) Speaking of Kilgore, I have a feeling we'll be seeing more of her in later fics. We could certainly do worse for an in-character community zeitgeist. And given Zelnick's "sick little schoolgirl" comment, I'm sure the thought crossed your mind too >:3

3) Bukowski... uh. Oh jeeze. Bukowski. Nothing good ever happens to that man. But hey, at least ZEX and friends will keep his mind off of Orz, right? >_>

Entertaining stuff, as usual, even if it is a little... how did you put it... "bizarre"? XD

Yes, "bizarre" is right.
I'm glad you liked Fwiffo's interactions with Kilgore. You were correct about her, too; she is an in-character community zeitgeist.
This fic will probably have a sequel detailing what happens to Bukowski after Zelnick hands him over to ZEX as if he were pirate treasure. Just you wait.

Hahaha oh my god, that's awesome. XD And terrible. But also awesome.

(Just a tip, but it's easier to read html stuff if you put line breaks between paragraphs. In print you've got the indentations to separate paragraphs visually, but on the web we have to make do and line breaks are the typical way to do it. Otherwise you get Huge Block Of Text Syndrome.)

Belated tags are belated ^^;
