So, I've been watching a lot of CNN lately...And all I see is the Israel-Gaza conflict, and the people affected by it.
There's such a lack of space, food, water, healthcare...and it affects me on a level that I can't really articulate.
So, I spent my Friday night looking for opportunities to volunteer there, send money, aid..Anything, you know?

i feel the same way. :( i've almost always wanted to be a medic in the middle east. well, since i was old enough to understand it. but there's a long way to go for me in fulfilling that. i don't think teeeeeens are taken seriously in general... but you're a bit older than i am so maybe with some persistence and looking and looking and looking you could find a way to volunteer to help in one way or another? :) i think it's such a great thing that the conflict is getting media attention and people are becoming more and more aware of it, it's been in everyone's faces every day of the new year so far, and it's not so hush hush so perhaps change is coming?

so, raise money for an NGO perhaps? PCRF are a small one, and are doing amazing work right now. ^.^ If you can't donate online I think you can send money to the president of the charity and some others by contacting them on Facebook if you're interested. :)
