Oh my! I'm so sorry you're also having problems with this.
I use to post on message boards with smileys, and someone took some of those and hotlinked them on their board for their posters to use.....definitely frustrating! :(

Another maker... Every day lately I'm seeing at least one if not two posts by makers whose photobucket bandwith it either gone or almost gone.

Would be 'friends only' help? Hotlinking doesn't make sense to me. I wish there was a way to track hotlinkers.

If people don't have photobucket to store the icons, where do they store their 'hotlinks'?
