So, I've been searching for a bit, but I suppose I'm just getting lazy and not doing the right thing.
But everyone here is so awesome and quick to respond.
My question!
Does anyone know where one can get those school girl neck ribbons?

at my school, which just call them ribbon, spelled リーボン in katakana, if you'd like, I can take some pictures of it so you can see how the construction works and things. My biggest tip would be that except for the very front, its all elastic.

Yeah, I checked up on that, but I didn't see any bows sold separately or any indication that the items that were being modeled with bows came with them. :(

i'm sure paris kid's has those, but i have no idea if they ship overseas. and as someone already mentioned, they're just called "ribbons", so i guess that makes the overall search for the tuffer, eh?

But I did find a kind of tutorial. It's really just a short description and no pictures, but from it, I'm going to attempt to make my own tutorial.
