Hello. ^_^ Okay, so I've been looking at these skirts for a while and I know they used to be on DokiDoki a while ago. Where could I find skirts like this? :) Here is another picture on Flickr showing the skirt style on the left

You can see a black and white at Hot Topics (14,99). I guess you can dye the white one but I haven't tried yet. You can surely make one. I don't think they would be complicated to create.

They aren't too hard to make, but usually they require so much material that it becomes pretty expensive.

It depends on which material you get. I saw some at $2 a yard. Some stores also offer coupons on fabric in their newsletters. This might be interesting...

If you go to a big city, they will have tonnnns in thrift shops.

You can find them in Halloween Costume shops and vintage clothes shops. I plan to buy mine at a vintage store :D
