oh my god this is god damn ridiculous! i know i'm posting to myself, but when i tried to make this entry it said i'm backdating. well it turns out somehow my last post was for 2007. so i said fine, and i made the time for 2007. so now that crappy lock on my account is off! i can sign in and browse around. this makes no sense!!! this is crazy cool whack. haha. what on earth livejournal.

haha oh bri, that's funny. i wonder if tim thinks you're a jerk now. i walked her around for a while yesterday, she looked pretty good. it is weird about the no wrinkles though! where did they go? after an hour or so dad came and brought one of those tabloid papers that report on aliens. we had a good time reading that. oh and just to warn you DON'T order any of the hospital food. it really is disgusting. i kept thinking that whole adage must be overblown, but ech. it's not.

you know, what I thought was really strange was to see mom so indisposed like. I'd never seen her in a handicapped state. With the puffy face and her little legs looking as useless as toby's pinniped feet... It kind of breaks the ossified mental construct that i have of mother. Makes her more human.

I'm glad your mom's recovering fast.
I want to know if there's anything I can do to help- perhaps there isn't, but the offer's on the table
