Thank you! It really is. It's our first brand new car as a couple. *LOL* So, it's doubly exciting. To be getting it on Valentine's Day is just hilarious to me. :D
Me too! She really scared the hell out of us. *sigh*
I can't wait until they're ready! We have about 4 that are close to turning red...and 10 - 15 that are in various stages of development...and about 20 flowers. *LOL*
This is the first time I've grown tomatoes as an adult. El doesn't like them, so I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with all of them. *LMAO*
Glad to hear that Freya is doing well and their is no further complications. Congrats on the new car I looked at the pictures on the other post and it looks great!
Freya's going to hate it at first, because she'll be in the very spacious hatch instead of the back seat. *LOL* But, we're going to get her a special out 'n' about dog bed for her to put back there so she'll be nice and comfy. :)
We used a combination of potting mix and cow manure...planted them...and then added a layer of straw (which we'll be changing over to eucalyptus mulch this weekend - any kind of straw/mulch will do).
If you're going to plant them in a garden bed and have issues with snails (like we do), used coffee grounds sprinkled around the plants work a treat!
They also work well in pots, if you're limited to space.
Just make sure you stake them...because they're seriously crazy plants. We're going to have to change the stakes this weekend too because the plants have gotten so tall and sprawly. *LOL*

And Didge, well can't wait to see her.

I'm not sure how well that'll actually work. *LOL*

Home-grown fresh tomatoes always taste better than store bought. Do you ever make home-made spaghetti sauce with it and can the extra?
Congratulations on the new car.
