Yay for dancing with your sweetie at weddings! I'm like El. Something has to happen like pigs flying or something. I dunno why. I'll get out there with my girls and dance to the fun stuff. But slow dancing with the honey is different for some reason.

I'm glad the issues with the thyroid is coming to a conclusion!

They only played one slow song and that was the last song...and I don't like the song they played. "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith.

So, we didn't dance to that. I was too tired by then to dance to it any way. *LOL*

I think it's going to be easier said than done, but...luckily, she's the type that if she does something wrong she avoids the wronged party.

It's bad in that you never get an apology and she quickly twists it in her mind that the wronged party is actually the one who screwed up. But, it's good in that she won't contact first.

*LMAO*

Funnily enough...I love Love Shack. I always have. Cosmic Thing by the B-52s was on heavy rotation for a while.

Drove Mom crazy, I think.

Glad you had fun at the wedding. I hope you can get everything worked out with you SIL. It sounds like avoidance might be the best policy. I hope everything goes well for you when you have your surgery. *hugs*

At this point, I highly doubt that anything will get worked out with her. I might be able to be civil to her...in the ignoring way (that's not really civility, is it? *LOL*)...but, I really think she's done her dash with me.

Still waiting to hear about surgery...I am having some weirdness when I swallow now. It's not dangerous or anything...it's just annoying. *LOL*
