It really can.

Four of the five kids are asleep in the living room with me.

Xanthe is in the back room...refusing to come into the living room.

This does make me sad because I love her so very much.

I've been reading a few of your recent posts but haven't commented because I'm always behind on lj. I do read them though eventually though so you are in my thoughts. I saw this one earlier though and had to comment because a good day is what you certainly need and I rather thank ice cubes comments are pretty apt. Life thankfully does throw in the nice surprise here and there. Thank goodness as it gives some balance and meaning back to our lives.
