What bothers me is that I have no issues with our normal internet service. We've never had a problem with them. It's all concerning the phone line.

However, Bigpond is part of Telstra...

So, we'll be going away from Bigpond at some point... :(

I should send you the Word file that I have that documents EVERYTHING from the beginning.

You two would get a laugh out of it. Because...seriously, I'm to the point of just laughing about it now because it's so utterly ridiculous!

I'm not expecting my invoice to be taken seriously, because Telstra is Telstra. But, it'll make me feel better...*LOL*

If Telstra was an American company, based in America...I'm sure that someone would've already shown them what "going postal" means.

However...guns are illegal in Australia...

And walking in and saying "You know what? You guys SUCK ASS!" just wouldn't get the same response.

Oh...and just as a disclaimer: I wouldn't seriously go postal on any company...it's just me venting my frustration with idiots.
