When I looked up the shipping information, it said that the time "varies" for first class mail, which was the cheapest option. If you wanted something that was more definite, I can look at the other services, but I just know they were more expensive. I wish I could be more informative. :/

Meursault is indeed Ulquihime. It also has a little at the beginning with Nnoitra, too... it's a pretty long one. If you are interested in buying that as well, we can talk about getting a more accurate, lower shipping cost. :)
