Problem reported with spherical collision study center. Extensive troubleshooting via phone did not resolve issue. Reported to location to verify troubleshooting steps already taken, and to try more advanced procedures.
*grins* Try googling for the Cisco Smarties candy trouble ticket. It's probably online someplace, and a bit of a hoot for anyone who has ever served time at the help desk.
