I have to wonder to what extent she was really offended, and to what extent she was picking a fight in order to get her date to beat someone up & satisfy a manlyman fetish.

No sure explanation for that kind of nuts. Whatever the motivation, the response is "I'll be over here now while you gibbering imbeciles work out your issues." Sort of the position I maintain with the Tea Party.

I'm -- up and down. Had to ditch a con today because the directions were so bad that I had an asthma attack walking around looking for it.

But sold a story couple days ago-- rewritten Clarion story in fact :)

But have been too sick to finish anything much & send out for months. But managed with a couple little pieces yesterday. And was too ill to deal with checking my flist in that time. But I'm back now, ish!
So... yeah. Hanging in there!

Okay...I think you should email me off FB and tell me about this "sick" thing, as it doesn't sound like "I've had the flu so haven't been working this week." This sounds a bit more serious, and so I'm a bit concerned.
