I made the eligible list for the position in West Palm Beach, it's probably acute care... I really need to get out of my current facility but I like long term care. If this position does work out I may check to see what long term care facilities are looking

Thanks... I'm ready to walk away from this job. I like several of the nurses and quite a few residents, but my director is an ass who will throw anybody under the bus instead of taking responsibility for his own mistakes. I got lucky and took a screenshot and was able to show I was right when he tried to do it to me, but our executive chef got written up for something he was ordered to do... it's not a good environment.
