[ On the edge of the boardwalk, hands folded behind him, stands a man. He clearly doesn't belong here, if his black attire, leather trench coat and all, are anything to go off of.
His jaw clenches and unclenches with as much aggravation as a subtle momevement like that can actually show, as his cool, strikingly, piercingly blue eyes narrow at the sea. There is a breath, just as irritated and tense as his shoulders are square. As his posture is rigid.
Damn it, where the hell was he? What zone? His car? He had a job to do, for hell's sake.]
[ Clint isn't one to get involved in fun. Not this kind of fun anyways. So, he keeps to himself. Perched up on top of a building, leaning over the railing, watching all the people below. There doesn't seem to be any giant security issue JUST yet. He's content to wait it out. See what happens. It's what he does. There's a reason that people call him a hawk. ]
[There's the quiet click of his earwig being activated.] Barton, report.
[The voice in his earwig is a no nonsense, get the job done by the book sort of voice. Belongs to none other than Agent Maria Hill, who is currently sitting on a bench, holding a cone of cotton candy. Yes. That is Hill's version of blending in.]
[Out of instinct, her gaze flicks to the ferris wheel. His comment is immediately greeted by a slight eye-roll.] Inform me if one of them is an undercover hostile, then.
[ Helen, herself, has decided to take a few moments to walk along the beach front. Barefoot. The sand seeps between her toes as she walks, high heels hanging by her fingers. ]
[ Further along down the beach a wild Sam can be spotted. His shoes and socks are in a pile on the sand, away from the water, while he's standing ankle deep in the water with his jeans rolled up. Having found some small stones and well-shaped shells in the beach he was busy skipping them across the water's surface. ]
[ Nick? Well, he's decided that he should probably enjoy his time off. Take a break from all the Grimm craziness. He knows he'll end up running into someone that triggers his "Grimm sense", but, he's not going to worry about it. Fair food is more important right now. And finding a stuffie for Juliette. ]
[Rogue's already on the shore, keeping her distance from the rest of the beachgoers. Despite the sun she's mostly covered up, but her shoes are tossed in the sand and her pants are rolled up so she can wade into the ocean without getting them wet. Come join her, Pep!]
Pepper nearly leaves the teen alone, but apparently the tide has begun coming in since she abandoned her shoes, and they're in danger. Pepper scoops them up and moves them several feet up the beach to safety.]

[ Asks the short woman in flannel. She was on her way from the cotton candy stand and saw the rather off put man. ]

[ Notice how he ignored the question. His voice has that biting tone of authority, as he turns to face her.
Eyes are already trying to eye her forearm, see her own clock. ]

I think they call it the Recreational District. [ No clock for her, Raymond. ]

Got a couple of people tonguing on the ferris wheel. Looks pretty serious. [ The sarcasm in his voice, Hill. Can you tell it. ]

Either way she's headed for the solitude of the beach, if she can make it there.]
