Yay for Frain!!

If the Portico of Gloria you talk about is the one that comes to my mind (and I tink I don't know any other)... you have placed this in my city!!! LOL As if I didn't love them already.

France trying to corrupt Spain in a sacred place is funny and awesome. I'm so glad you ended posting this *_*

PD: In Spanish, ¡Qué en el Diablo haces! sounds really weird. It would be better if you used ¡Qué diablos/demonios haces!

xD Hahah. In Venezuela it's used, so I went with that. But ah, you'd know far more what sort of phrases Spain would use. I went with que demonios haces.

Uhm. Hahah. Santiago De Compostela? I'm obviously secretly stalking you.

I like more "demonios" that "diablos", so your decission was perfect ^_^

My knowlegde in Latin-American expressions is a bit limited, but I can assure you that 70% of them aren't correct Spanish. But I'm not going to get started about how poorly they talk Spanish.

Yeah, I study there, so I spent most of the year living there (I'm from a little village in Galicia). The city is really beautiful, so one they, I'll make you endure the reasons why I like it so much. Stalk all you want, I don't think I have any dirty secret LOL

PD: Edited because I'm eating random letters today.

Er. I can kind of see your point about the Spanish thing. My mother has to resist tearing her hair out when she meets... well, pretty much anyone that is from any Latin country and wasn't raised in an upper-middle class family at the very least. Or when they start substituting letters -- like 'L' for 'R' or vice versa I just think it's funny. And that my family is full of blue blooded snobs but that's a long, long story.

That's awesome. I basically just hit Wiki for a big cathedral in Spain that I could use for the setting. The wiki-pages are actually quite long and full of images, so I get why you like it so much. :) Even though I generally avoid churches like the plague. The architecture is gorgeous.

NonCatholic here approves, but I am a freak about religion, so... don't mind me.

Also, I just really really like the ending. The setting was wonderful, the tension and dialogue superb, but that ending takes the cake and birthday candles and decorations.

Hahah. What, am I going to frown at you for being a 'freak about religion'? 8D I wrote the dang thing.

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. ♥

True, true.

Also, was wondering if you mind repeat-copypaste comments? I was going to comment on your other fics, but I don't have any more synonyms for "awesome" and "sexy" and "write more please." Which sums up my thoughts on them. Yeah.

Oh, just... write whatever it is that you want to say. The only time I get a teeny-bit annoyed is when I get spammed with a single word-comment over and over. So, uhm. Hah? ♥

And for the French :
- Lady Luck : Madame la Chance
- Be mine and I'll be yours : Sois mien et je serai tien (or votre if you want Francis to be formal ^^)
- Be mine : Sois à moi

I... do I even want to know how badly the translator led me astray? *frets* Thank you, edits made. :)

Hmmm well it translated literally, but since the sentence are short, it was understandable :3 - but it didn't conjugate the verbs, didn't use the right pronouns and so on.

Just wondering, why'd you chose the greek prayer for the title? *having greece/spain flashbacks*

frostberryjam October 19 2009, 02:29:29 UTC
Good flashbacks, I hope.

Mainly because I was lost as to what to title it. So it was either that or it'd go untitled, which is just.. so creatively depressing.
