tired
3 miles in 21:09 today on the elliptical. Had to slow down slightly for the last mile to avoid death :) Wow, was that tiring! I tried to do 1 mile on the treadmill the other day at 8mph and thought i was going to die at 4 mins... it's amazing how much harder it is to run on the treadmill than the elliptical!
