Ha, I know I claimed that the program made Yuan into a terrible cook, but now that I've arranged the data the program gave me, it looks like he's actually pretty good at cooking. There are those four dishes that he can't do at all, according to this data, but other than that, he's good. He also seems to have maxed out several of his skills, which even makes sense, considering how long he's lived.
