Went to Old Montreal this morning for a press-only wine tasting of wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon. I was able to taste about 30 wines out of the 260 presented in the two and a half hours I was there. I went to a meeting/information session at a restaurant today with my co-workers and had a really great time.

Best part? Tasting 6 different wines during lunch, and them toasting my good health to the tune of "We can't wait to have you back!"

The cellar is up and running. The gentle hum of the cooler makes me grin with satisfaction.

Right next to it, a comfortable chair and a little table of pure pleasures; Humidor with Montecristo, Cohiba, Davidoff, Romeo y Julietta cigars, a 10 year old Malt Whiskey, Grappa, and 10 year old port.
