LOVE the far set so much! The colors and compositions are just awesome. I think the second one is my favorite.
You totally nailed purple rain, it looks a lot like it's raining! Love the colors in I put a spell on you, the crop in sky full of stars, the colors in should I stay and the coloring in sandman. The text and crop in ac1 is really clever! Great ue of texture in ac3 and I love the vintage look on ac4. :)
Thank you so much for the wonderful comment! and yay I'm so happy you like the far set, far crops are definitely my thing more than closecrops so I pretty much knew that set would be better :D omg I'm so glad you like the 'rain effect' which is not at all what I had in mind for this theme. I'm still super thankful for your help with that icon - it really was one of the most difficult of these to make and I did end up using one of those textures on a low opacity, idk if it's even visible but it definitely made the icon less flat so thanks! ♥
Great set!! Love the colors in the anime ones and the effects in Take Me for a Ride are fantastic. Snagged Castiel, Allison, and Isaac and will credit ♥
Woah this post is full of incredible things! In your 10in30 set, I am super amazed at how beautifully your colouring just translates across into animation. And also jealous. #2 and #3 are just, wow. The intense monochrome colouring in #2 is so beautiful, and I love how perfectly you've used blocking here, and yet still captured so much in the icon. The text placement is all kinds of perfect as well. The vibrant colouring #3 is just lovely, and the subtle lighting really adds such a beautiful element as well. Once again, the text work has been done so spectacularly, I love the gradient and how it mirrors the solid colours you've used - so clever. Everything about the composition of #8 wows me so much, I love the use of space, and how beautifully the individual elements are placed together to create such a cohesive icon. The colour pops so beautifully against the black too. And the colouring of #9 is so incredible. I love the softness of the blue and pink tones, and the use of texture to create a complex composition is just wow

Oh my god, I love this comment, thank you!! ♥ I'm so glad you think I was able to somehow translate some of my iconing things into animation and all the positive comments about those icons just mean so much especially from you since you're definitely one of those makers that I look up to when it comes to mastering both animation and live action subjects. Not all of my go-to techniques work on these caps but some do, and hopefully I'll learn some new ones to make up for the ones that don't :) Aw, I'm so glad you like the technique set as well, I'm super happy you mentioned some where I was sort of trying something different for me.
Seriously this wonderful comment cheered me up so much :)
The colors on the 10in30 set are just awesome! I also really like the text use, especially on 2 and 6. The composition of the Star Wars and GotG icons is also fabulous, as is the coloring of the Category set :D
Oh, thank you so much!! :) lol I was kinda weirded out by what happened when I made my GotG icon, it's so weirdly serious-looking with the contrast and coloring and grunge, yet the quote and composition are more fun/silly, so let's just say it's intentionally contradictory cause that sounds better than admitting I had no idea what I'm doing :')
