Anyway, commenting because I'm working on that Thief Lord fic I promised. It was delayed due to Mother's Day, a very stressful time spent not trying to cry while watching movies with my family (I tend to get made fun of) and, namely, my own incredible stupidity.

I was all at the beginning, going, "Okay, I'll finish the first three parts of The Thief Lord and His Consort for froodle and she'll like that!". And then promptly smacked myself as I realized you'd much rather have the smutty bits that come after Chapter IV. So, yeah, working on that now . . .

It's really very good, pervy-Crispin-Freeman-voiced Rude notwithstanding. And that bit where Rude and Reno are fighting the mini-Sephiroths and Reno says something uncomplimentary about Jenova and the minis are all "OMG DO NOT TALK SMACK ABOUT OUR MOTHER, BITCHES!" and Reno goes "Yeah, your ma's cool..." is so much funnier in English.

Oh man, I can sympathize. Mother's Day is not my favourite time. In fact, any time where I'm forced to do the "togetherness" thing with my family pretty much sucks. That's why, come birthdays and holidays, they get a nice package in the mail, a ten-minute phone call and a bunch of excuses about why I'm too busy to come home.

What are you trying to say, that I'm some kind of porn-obsessed pervosaurus?
