and if i had a time machine i'd go back about 3 millions years. have a little play with human DNA, create a system whereby the supremly stupid are picked out at birth, cannot repreoduce and are slaves to everyone else who is supremely smart.
also i'd change a little human anatomy, even things out a bit.
