I did actually toy with the idea of the witch being eaten by her own candy zombie children, but it came too close to just being a rewrite of the gravity falls ep with the monster made from loser candy.
thank you! I was actually trying earlier to write a fic where all their conversation was actually dialogue from the show. I couldnt get it to tell the exact story I needed, so I abandoned it, but it looks like its paid dividends anyway if they sound right in the story I eventually wrote!
