yeah i dont have a cell phone either. i'm still usin the Cingular '89 Tin Can and String model. doesnt go very far.

heh. actually i was talkin with nicole and charlie about how i should get a really long network of strings going and put them underground and have a can at the end of a string at each of my friends house. and then if i need to talk to them i can just be like "this is tyler, so-and-so are you there?" instead of having to dial numbers. cuz tin cans dont have key pads. its kinda like a radio in how you can talk to lots of people at once all on one line.

but so far i havent found any string long enough.

the problem with that however, is that while you dont have to- no wait nevermind. i get what youre saying now. only one can on your end, going out to a zillion other cans? but then you cant have private ocnversations. any old person can just pick up their can and start eavesdropping.
