just out of curiosity, are you implying that the occupants of the house were summoning jinn or are the writings on the walls prayers to repel them?

actually im pretty sure there were jinn living there. in the house. they do that over there. in big houses in kashmir there are always jinn families living there, and the people in the house usually just resign themselves to it and say, oh well, you know theres only so much space, they have to live somewhere.

theyre just like people, some are good some are bad. they like to mess with us sometimes. my uncle told me about the jinn in his house and how when the family goes on trips the jinn protects it for him and looks after things. but then some are mischievous, it depends.
