trust me, I have a small idea of what you're feeling. but it'll get better...I swear to god. everyone told me it would and I didn't believe them and it did. so just believe. I love you.
best advice: breathe. the first month is the hardest. It gets easier. Remember that you can't evaluate life while experiencing it. Take yourself out of whatever the situation is, even if it is just for 5 minutes. Go for a walk, sit down. Write. Draw. Color. go for a run. do something that occupies your mind, and lets you remove yourself. Then, when you've calmed down, look at the situation. What is the problem. Why is it impacting you, and what is its relevance to you? From there, figure out what you can do to fix it. What solutions are both rational and plausable? If the only solution you can come up with is nothing, or is irrrational and not possible, remove yourself from the situation for a little longer
I promise, it does get better/easier. Just breathe.
it makes me sad to know you're sad, and so far. like sandy said, i have a small idea of what you're feeling. i'm sorry it seems like it's not working out right now. but i know you. you meet people. you make friends. you work hard. you're strong. you know how great you are. keep that in mind. there is always an answer or a solution, sometimes you just have to be patient for it to appear.
mmm thanks rosa. i wish you were happier at school, too! but you'll be happy soon enough, right? and i think i may just have to quote you on my facebook right below the lovely molly felth. <3
