So work is going pretty well. It ends up that I came into this during what one guy says "is the worst [he's] seen in 8 years working there." Not too bad, the subcontractors dont show up and when you bend over backwards for the home buyers they kick you in the balls. But both of those things seem pretty easy to adjust for.
