It's wonderful to see an update from you. You haven't been forgotten!
I've stopped gaining weight which is the first step
It sure is, and I hope you're feeling proud of yourself for taking the steps necessary to ensure good health and long life. We should all try to live as long as Bilbo!
I hope life continues to smooth out for you, and it's wonderful news about the job and your finances. But boooo for teeth problems! Aren't they awful? *sigh*
I'm so enjoying the pics of Pippin and am so glad that things are going so well for you both!! Although I can certainly relate to Pippin's weight gain!!
Thanks for the encouragement and support - *BIG HUGS*
It's good to hear your Dad is doing better, I wish your aunt was too.
First anniversaries are always hard. *hugs you*
Oh, hon, what a horrible dental experience! I can't begin to imagine going through all of that. *more hugs*
I'm glad you have a bit more energy and hope it just gets better and better. I've really missed you here and am looking forward to see you a bit more often. *hug tight*
I've never had a bridge before, only crowns, so it will be a new experience. I'm just so thankful I have a good dentist that I trust!!
It's been a nice surprise to get home from work and actually have a little energy instead of just falling into bed!! I've missed you too - thanks for the encouragement and support!! *BIG HUGS*
Oh, I've been thinking about you a lot and am SO glad you updated!!!! (There's someone else who has a similar LJ name to yours and I don't know her, I'm sure she's really nice, but it made me sad when i saw her name and not yours floating around
( ... )
I see comments from frolijahfan on LJ sometimes - that's actually the name I tried to get when I first got my LJ!! Some of my flist still get us confused I think and wish me a happy birthday on that person's birthday!!
I've thought about walking - but my asthma and knee problems really limit me. I would probably do better with swimming but am not sure where I could do that - and then the thought of ANYONE seeing me in a bathing suit is just too awful to consider. I don't even OWN a bathing suit anymore!!
It's a little too hot for me now but I will definitely consider trying to start something as it gets cooler. I'm in awe of all the walking and stuff that you do - you really are an inspiration. I'm starting with the eating and hope to add some form of exercise in. My doctor is going to give me hell when I have my annual physical early next year!!
Thanks for the encouragement and support - *BIG HUGS*
So good to see you again! Loved the videos - really heartwarming. :)
You've really been through the mill with your dental experience - I do hope that's an end to your tooth troubles. Well done with the debt management and good luck with the exercise. I agree with Claudia - walking's a great way to start.
I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. I hope you are doing ok. You deserve only the best.
I've never had a bridge before so that will be a new experience - I'm glad I have a good dentist that I trust to get me through this. And then hopefully my teeth will give me a break for a while!!
Thanks for the encouragement and support!! *BIG HUGS*
Sorry about my earlier response - for some reason LJ wouldn't let me edit it so I just deleted it and added a new comment.
I hope once that permanent bridge is in that my teeth give me a break for a while!! And I hope yours do too!!
I'm taking the ES Estroven in the morning too - I wasn't having that much trouble during the day but I figured it might help at night to have the day covered too. Thanks for the suggestion you gave me!!

I'm so glad the Estroven is helping you. It certainly has helped me. You can take the daytime Estroven too, if you need it. I use both.
Good to hear from you. *hug*
