That Weekend Went FAAASSSSSTTTTT!!

Hi everyone!! It took me all day but I think I made it back through 10 days of my flist - I commented where I could but couldn't comment on everything. But at least I feel a bit caught up!! Now if I can just stay caught up this week. I still need to get through today's posts but I can do that in the morning before I go to work. It's a holiday

I know just what you mean about the weekends flying past. I really don't know where mine went. I wanted to do so much online, but only got through a fraction of it. But i don't stress about it any more. There are only so many hours in the day to fit everything in. That's the trouble when you're working too.

I'm trying not to stress about things as well - I do what I can. I would love to be one of those people on LJ who post daily or even several times a day and comment to everything but it's just not realistic. Esp. working 5 days/wk. Saturdays have become a lazy day - I watch movies or shows that I taped during the week - and I really seem to need that to recharge my batteries. Then I have the energy on Sunday to do laundry and be more productive and face the work week ahead. I'm trying to get into a different pattern on Monday and Wednesday - the 2 days I work until 8 pm - and carve out some LJ time on those mornings when I go in later. Still a work in process!! *hugs back*

I probably spend the greatest proportion of my spare time online. It's what i love to do. I haven't really got a specific pattern as i work shifts, but you can be sure that if i'm not in work, then mostly i'm online at some point during every day.. lol! On Saturdays i spend a few hours with my grandchildren, and catch up on laundry etc, but there are usually a few hours left at the end of the day for some more online time .. and yet still i get behind ;) I think maybe it's just as well i do work, or i'd spend ALL day at my computer desk :)

You're welcome, Tree - I'm so glad they gave you a smile!! I wonder if you have been able to make your way home yet - I hope you continue to enjoy Scotland while you are there and I hope you have safe travels home. I know if it was me I'd love to spend more time in such a beautiful place, but at some point the money it would cost would stress me to the point where I wouldn't be able to enjoy it anymore!!

Oh I couldn't agree more!! Any trip with you would be a dream come true - but the ideal would be to go to NZ together!! I keep hoping I'll win Publisher's Clearing House or something!! *hugs*
