Nicole, I was actually holding my breath during the Baltar/Six scenes. I BLAME YOU FOR THIS. I FEEL NO REMORSE AT ALL. (Gah, Gaius, it's not that hard. Just stop crying and show her you can go twenty minutes without completely proving her point- oh, too late. *sigh*)
Kara trying to shoot Sam: most romantic moment in their entire relationship, y/y? Pretty close, at least on her end. I'm so torn, because I AM NOT PLEASED about this Sam thing, but that was very fitting and sad for Kara. "My Sam." *sniffle*
Agree on the new Hera! <3 And yay, I'm so glad we didn't jump on the Boomer hate train last week, because she's clearly back on the redemption path again!

This is very true! And I'm a little irked that he outed her to everyone in the world! Irked and ... confused. Was it a grand gesture to show Caprica that he really can't be trusted after all? Because, um. Is he still pissed about her little Freudian slip? Was it really contrived writing so that everyone would finally learn her secret? HELP ME UNDERSTAND.

I gotta admit, this is the ONE week that even I'm struggling to get Baltar's motivation, because I mostly think that was contrived writing to get the information out into the open dramatically. But I'll have to watch it again. I don't think he was actively trying to spite Kara with the reveal, just being completely insensitive to her feelings. It didn't occur to me he was trying to prove anything to Caprica, because that total insensitivity combined with his attention-whoring was not exactly ~*impressive*~. But it's possible, since I think when Gaius pulls crap like this, he's basically convinced himself that he's being inspiring and important.

I had a lot of issues with this episode but I *squee*ed my heart out at the Sam/Kara moments. They had me sobbing like the little girl I am. And I HOPE Sam at least recognizes her once before the end...or he is restored to full health and they run off into the sunset to make little 1/3 hybrid babies:)
