Complex

My goal before my next counseling visit was to visit the apartment's gym. I did that today. I tried out the bike for ten minutes then used the stair machine for 5. That five almost killed me. We also have a lateral step machine, which, if I can figure out how to use it, might help strengthen my hips and loosen up my ankles, but I was only on it for ( Read more... )

Steele is incredibly good at this seduction thing. He cares and the link between the 3 of them is growing stronger. What is Penn feeling through these times that Steele is with Hezekiel? Dal feels some of it but he's marriage bonded to Steele and demon bonded Hezekiel. Penn's just bonded to Hezekiel but.. does she get inkling of a feeling of what's going on while Hezekiel is sexually active with others?

Oh the spinyness of porcupines. That's not fun and worked well to move the relationship along between them.

Steele had a remarkably good upbringing to turn up so well.

Oh, he is. Sex god.

Pen might be - is probably - feeling the bond move, but not as much as Dal because Steele is acting as his proxy. Like, magically, Pen is on the other side of a king sized bed and Dal is on the other side of a full. But knowing Pen she'd probably daydreaming about being with Steele.

Spiny and smelly (I made him big as a African Porcupine, but smelly as an American.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=400MFoa6oF0

I almost made him a skunk, because of his personality

But porcupine is better.

Thanks. Steele is very chill and Hez had to allow himself to be taken care of.

Steele has good parents and a loving family.

Isn't it odd that doing what we do all day, walking and biking (usually my butt and legs that does the hurting with the latter), that it's your feet that's hurting.
Are you taking an anti-inflammatory like Advil before exercising? It cuts down on the after-effect ache for me when I mow the lawn.

I hope that you're feeling okay or not to achy tomorrow. Good going on doing the exercise though. I need to also... sometime.

According to my doctor, I have arthritis in my feet. I go to the podiatrist tomorrow. If nothing can be done about the pain, I can learn to live with it, but if it can get better... I still have hope.

I'm achy tonight and have been nodding off since about 4. I'm trying to stay awake until 9/9:30 so it doesn't screw up my sleep cycle too much.
