I found out yesterday her new job is at least two years long (she started at the end of March). The other lady I worked with cheered. She's only really gets hours in floral when the manager isn't here. And she's so easy to work with. The manager will be back for all of June, then out for most of the summer. Which is good for both of us there because we can split the hours 50/50 and maybe each grab one shift elsewhere instead of one person working full time in floral and the other hardly at all. (Fewer hours over the summer. People don't buy as many flowers when they can pick them outside.)
