I've seen way too many 'Criminal Minds' and that ilk to be comfortable with walking the underground subway tunnels as work or pleasure for anyone I love or know, including self.

You made the dynamics transparent here between the three even if it was Ty doing the POV. Flannagan baby... ouch. Treading dangerously with some readers unless Chloe decides to go to term.
Yes, stuff happening. Ty noticing and it's a good thing Damien defused the situation by helping with clean up. Relationship shuffling, takes diplomacy/sensitivity when it's 3 together.
