Heroes: Been hearing a lot about this series from friends, plan on getting Season 1 on Netflix to check it out soon.
Extras: Awesome show--did you know that Ricky just won the 'Best Actor in a Comedy Series' Emmy for his role in this?
Flight of the Conchords:I've never heard of this...I'll look into it and add it to my queue.
Dexter: Ditto above
The Jon Stewart Show:Absolutely fantastic show--great choice!
Angel:Believe it or not, just started watching this. I took a break after Buffy...I tried jumping right in to Angel, but I found I missed not seeing the Scooby gang with him. Now that some time has passed...I've mourned appropriately and moved on. ;-)

Would you believe I've never seen an episode of "Little House on the Prairie"?

But I'm not holier-than-thou about tv shows - in fact, it looks like we're in a golden age of programming. What I've seen of some of these shows has been outstanding. What's interesting is, a show like "Battlestar" -which I hear nothing but good things about - is remade from the old cheesy Star Wars ripoff from the seventies, AND, the new Bionic Woman is also getting good writeups. Who says you can't mine gold from old cheese? (just made that up)
So at some point I'll have to take a long vacation for purposes of catching up with these shows. Being familiar with "The Sopranos" seems to now be as important as being conversant in Godfather references. Oh - and the fact that my-future-girlfriend-Columbian-hottie has appeared in "Entourage" means it's just common courtesy that I should check her out in the show, right?

I didn't really think of it that way until you mentioned it, but the shows as of late have been absolutely fantastic! You should definitely check out the shows I listed--it's worth it. Better than movies at times.
