I hope the next people the douchebags try this with get freaked out by the male-on-male sexual harassment and beat the shit out of the douchebags.

This could have been avoided by the simple expedient of having party buses with non-opening windows. That would keep the douchebaggery contained inside the bus, since the douchebags would have been unable to open the windows.
