Poor Peter, I know this sort of injury is like the embarassment of the year for him, but when the boys end up in these situations, they are simply adorable. They are stubborn and a bit grumpy and try to hide their worry because it's just a stupid broken ankle, right?

Love the bit about Neal whispering that he was staying just for El, heeee. *pets Neal*

You know that Peter is going to spend all the time at the office glowering at people and trying to will his cast/crutches out of existence XD

And thank you so much! My favourite part of writing Peter h/c is how stubborn and grouchy he gets, and Neal being ~totally above~ worrying too much ;P

This is just the sweetest. ♥ I love how Peter's first act after they both fall down is to ask Neal how he is, even though he's lying there in the snow with a broken ankle. XD BABIES! I also love the detail of Neal having made it through a European border with something broken (... okay, now I want to know that story), and Neal picking Peter's pocket will never stop being adorable. :D

"I haven't broken a bone since my sports days."

"Yeah, and when you get hurt on the field they send the medics out to you," Neal commented. "Many people think that's a good idea."
