+ cropping is perfect, colouring is perfect, text is perfect! love it :)
+ Close crop is just perfect!! And coloring is lovely.
+ Brilliant cropping and lovely warm colouring.
+ I like the composition of the icon. The contrast looks nice to me and the balance in the icon (diagonal line, font balanced by the shadow around O's eye) is appealing. I also think the font color choice is very complementary.
