- I think the coloring might be too bright and lacks some contrast. The text placement is kind of awkward, as is the placement of the texture/brush at the left side
- I don't think that this fake background fits this pic. Also this blue\black&white mix doesn't look beatiful.
- the grey/blue colouring doesn't flatter Olivia, the flower texure doesn't fit at all, wrong use of two different fonts
- The overall quality is low, and you can hardly see Olivia; it is undersharpend.
- Coloring of texture use completely washes Olivia out, and takes her away from being the center of the icon.
- there's just too much going on; the black/white, the touches of blue, the text, the flower texture. The focus is all over the place. I would suggest toning it down going from less so you create a focus that draws the viewer's eye to the icon versus passing over because they can't focus

+ Even tho this is is oversharpend; the colors are pretty and I like the text.
+ The coloring and the text are simply perfectly executed, there's a soft light without losing the sharpen image.

+ Beautiful subtle coloring gives the icon an attractive vintage look, and the text is perfect for Peter.
