yep, apparently it's one of those laws that now divide lgb and t. anyone who is unfortunate enough to get raped (been there long ago got teeshirt) and tries to use the services of a womens rape crisis centre might find themselves the victim of discrimination. not as bad as the event itself but could well seem that way. hurray for shaky unconsidered laws. that said some of the text in the Equalities Act does look good (at first glance).

That's crazy. Why would you class it as red tape? At least all the comments seem to be telling the government they're crazy.
