I've used their service before when I was having problems with major delays and misdiagnoses with a certain consultant. They were very helpful and efficient - things suddenlty started to run a lot smoother and quicker after my first meeting with them. Plus I got a proper explaination as to what was going on and why (I was 19 at the time and trying to get used to the fact I was now permanently disabled).

I know the people working in the organisation will differ depending on where they are but if your having problems with the NHS I'd certainly say to give them a try.

Are you sure there isn't? I only heard of PALS by word of mouth.
