Long story! In very short: she's been receptionist for them for just over three months; another friend asked her to do some production management for his new dance group; she says hooray okay! and lets her work know asap as it's kind of in the same general strand of things and she wants to be totally open and honest with them; they say "hm, well, we'd prefer if you didn't? but it's your choice" and then two days later they fire her. Wtf, seriously. Asshats.

When we got a new sofa we had to get the old one out of the house by shoving it through a window. Fun times.

Ajlakdj that's how the big one got in and out of our old place, too. The windows here aren't handy enough :(
