Great New Windows Trick

Guy here at work taught me a new Windows trick that works marvelously.

Ever have troublesome files that just don't want to delete and insist that some random software is accessing them, thus preventing you from performing the deletion? Well, guy told me to name a file (.txt or somesuch thing-doesn't matter, I don't think) the same as the want-to-
