Are you sure there is no cap on how many councillors can come from each faculty? That would make your argument kinda redundant. The calculations would then change assuming each faculty can only have 12 councillors (not including Prez and VPrez).

APO 12/41*100% = 29.3%
ARE 12/34*100% = 35.3%
ART 12/31*100% = 38.7%
ATH 12/19*100% = 63.2%

If i'm not wrong the cap is by proportion of number of people from the fac running... so the more the people in the fac running, the more will get in.
